Study Rooms
Need a quiet place to work? Drop in or reserve study rooms at the Orchard Park and Pinnacle branches.
Study Rooms have a table for small group meetings, a whiteboard, and a Vibe Touchscreen with a video camera located above the screen. Laptops are available at the front desk for in-building use.
Study rooms are best for:
- Video conferencing
- Work, study, and research
- Job searching
Reserve a Study Room
You can reserve a study room in advance online. Study rooms are intended for use by individuals or no more than three people (four at Pinnacle). A room may be reserved for up to three hours up to one week in advance.
Meeting Rooms
Meeting rooms are available at our Orchard Park, Pinnacle, and unBound branches. The Library reserves the right to refuse or revoke permission to use any meeting room for violations of the Library Code of Conduct or Room Reservation Policy.
Reserve a Meeting Room
You may request a reservation through our online reservation system. Fees are charged for the use of some spaces with the first hour of meeting room fees waived. Please see our Room Reservation Policy and individual room details for more information.
Set up and take down time must be included in the reservation. To include set up and/or take down time, be sure to adjust the event start time and/or event end time of your reservation.
Sensory Room
The Orchard Park branch features a Sensory Room that is specifically designed to calm, relax, engage the senses, support communication and stimulation, improve focus, and provide a safe and quiet space. See the Sensory Room brochure for additional information.
Reserve the Sensory Room
You can reserve the Sensory Room in advance online for 15-30 minutes for a maximum of 6 people. *A limit of 1 reservation daily per family or group applies. Anyone 17 and under or vulnerable people of any age must be accompanied by an adult.
*Community Based Rehabilitation Specialists, Occupational Therapists, and other helping professionals please contact the library to make arrangements for making multiple reservations in a day for the community you are serving if needed.
Privacy Pods
Seeking a private, convenient, and reliable space to schedule an online appointment? Reserve a Privacy Pod at Orchard Park today!
The Pod is a stand-alone, fully enclosed space. It is available without charge during regular library hours and may be reserved on our website, over the phone, or in person at the branch for up to three hours a day.
