Cherry Lane Library Closed September 16 / Mask Policy Updated

Due to multiple confirmed COVID-19 cases on our staff, our Cherry Lane library will be closed for deep cleaning today, September 16. We expect to open for regular hours tomorrow, September 17. Our Silverstone, unBound, and Tiny Library locations remain open. 

If you visited our Cherry Lane library the following times, you may have been exposed to an employee who has tested positive for COVID-19: 

  • Wednesday, September 15, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. 
  • Tuesday, September 14, between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
  • Saturday, September 11, between 12 and 5 p.m.

Please follow public health guidance, get tested, and monitor symptoms if you are concerned about a potential exposure. 

All Meridian Library employees wear masks in our buildings to limit the impact of exposures such as this. Effective immediately, patrons are also required to wear face coverings inside our locations. This applies to everyone age 2 and older, regardless of vaccination status.
