COVID-19 Information


The Meridian Library District aligns operations and services with the established Levels of Transmission rates set by Central District Health for Ada County. See the full COVID-19 operations plan here. Ada County is currently in High community transmission, and our current services and protocols are outlined below: 

Face coverings / Face masks

  • Face coverings/masks are required inside all Meridian Library locations. This applies to everyone age 2 and older, regardless of vaccination status. Read the full Code of Conduct Addendum

  • We offer free disposable face masks. You can pick one up on your way inside the library.

Additional information

  • If you have a fever, cough or other symptoms, you might have COVID-19. If you are sick, do not enter the library.

  • We offer hand sanitizer throughout the library. Staff frequently sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as computers. 

  • Please practice social distancing in the library. Stay 6 feet away from people who are not members of your household.

Program Information

  • We offer virtual Preschool Storytime on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. on Zoom, and additional online opportunities. Please check our events calendar for more information.

unBound Winter Hours

Sunday: Closed

Monday-Friday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
