After we receive your application, we will activate your card within 24 hours, email you account information, and mail a physical library card to your address. 

Every member of your family can have their own card! Just fill out a separate form for each individual.


We are excited to welcome you as a new cardholder! When you receive your library card number via email, you’re ready to start using your account. You will use this card number and the PIN number (or password) you created when you filled out your application to log in to your account. From there, you can begin exploring library books, media, and more! 

  • View the library catalog tutorial to learn how to navigate your account, search for items, and place holds.

  • When you place items on hold, there are a couple of ways you can receive them: 

    • If you are a Meridian resident, you can arrange for free home delivery. Just select "Meridian Home Delivery" as your pickup library. 

    • You can also arrange to pick up items at one of our locations. You will receive an email or text notification when your holds are ready for you. You can update your notification preferences at any time. 

  • Your library card also gives you 24/7 access to digital materials! Browse ebooks, audiobooks, music, magazines, movies, and more.
