We're glad you're here! Are you a Teen looking to make a difference while learning new skills? Volunteering for Summer Reading is fun, interactive, gives you customer service experience, and is a perfect opportunity to make friends and build positive working relationships! Summer Reading Volunteers are passionate about serving the library, interested in learning/literacy, feel comfortable in learning customer service skills, and willing to volunteer a regular weekly shift of 3 hours. 

1. If you haven't already, fill out a Teen Volunteer Application

2. Sign-up to attend a training date that works for you. Be sure to skim through any orientation materials while you're waiting to attend training. 

3. Schedule a follow-up one-on-one interview with the Volunteer Coordinator and Youth Services staff to go over your goals & scheduling.
