Home Delivery Request
Already know what you want to read or watch?
Simply place items on hold in the catalog and select "Meridian Home Delivery" as your pickup library.

To request home delivery of items you already placed on hold, give us a call at 208-888-4451 ext. 1236.
Not sure what you would like to read next? Fill out our Reading Recommendations form and we'll come up with some ideas for you! We will provide a few titles via Home Delivery or you can choose to place the holds yourself.
Home Delivery FAQs
No! This is a free service for Meridian residents.
We will deliver to cardholders in our service area, which covers Meridian.
If you are not a Meridian resident, you are welcome to visit our Cherry Lane or Silverstone locations in person to check out materials.
If you already have items on hold, we will deliver all of them to you at once.
If you are filling out our form for MLD staff selections, you may request up to 5 items per library card at one time. Multiple cardholders in your household may request items, and we will coordinate one delivery for all of them. You will see a place on the form to note whether others in your home are submitting requests.
Once we have delivered your items, you may request more materials.
Expect your items within 1-3 delivery days after your holds become available. We are currently delivering every day of the week except Monday.
You will see items checked out on your account prior to delivery.
If there is a cell phone number listed on your account, you will receive text notifications the day your item(s) are scheduled for delivery.
At this time, we are not accepting returns when we drop off items. We will re-evaluate options when Ada County returns to Stage 4 of reopening.
If you are unable to return items at one of our locations, fines and fees will be waived. Please reach out to email@example.com with individual account questions.
