Program Type: Move Your Body

Come one, come all! We will be hosting an all-ages, all-abilities family bootcamp class every Sunday at the Cherry Lane location with experienced instructors from Snake River CrossFit.

Fun fitness will be experienced with minimal equipment, and all instructors are able to modify movements and intensity to accommodate the needs of participants. Every-body is welcome! We’ll take a learn and then practice approach, so mechanics will be of the highest priority. Participants who are ready will be invited to layer intensity under the watchful eye of an experienced instructor.

What to expect:
Minute 0-5: Introductions
Minute 6-12: Warm Up
Minute 15-25: Movement Introduction
Minute 26-36: Workout
Minute 40-50: Cool Down/ Mobility (stretching)
Minute 50-60: Q & A, Healthy Tips/ Weekly Challenge
