Diabetes has become an epidemic with more being diagnosed with the disease than ever before.  It is reported that 1 in 3 children are overweight in Idaho.  Jennifer Waldman, RD, will offer ways to stay healthy while managing diabetes.  All ages are welcome!

Knitting Club - November 9th

Do you like to knit?  Bring a project to the main library on Friday, November 9th from 12-1;15 PM and join fellow knitters.  This group is for every level of knitter and there is a pro knitter to guide you if you are stuck.  Bring a brown bag lunch too!

Have you ever wanted to write a novel but never taken the time to sit down and start?  Well November is National Novel Writing Month.  The goal is to write 50,000 words by the end of the month.  Editing can be done later, the idea is that you spend the entire month, along with thousands of others around the world, writing your own novel.
